Victoria Dean-Walters is the co-owner and founder of Valley Legal Document Services. She has over 30 years of experience in the legal field. She has concentrated in the area of estate planning, probate, trust administration, deed preparation and legal entity formation over the past ten years. Victoria holds a paralegal certificate from the UCLA Extension Program where she graduated with distinction, is a registered Legal Document Assistant, and a notary public. She has a passion for the law and wants to bring her extensive experience and skills to the legal consumer to assist them in achieving their legal objectives at an affordable price.
Robert L. Walters is the co-owner of Valley Legal Document Services. He has 43 years of experience teaching special needs children and young adults and collaborating with their parents. Having been a parent of a special needs child, Robert has a desire to help families with special needs individuals access the help they need in the area of conservatorship. For this purpose, he has created and coordinated workshops for parents of special needs individuals addressing a variety of transition issues. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in business (i.e., Administrative Science) from the University of California at Riverside and a Master's Degree in Special Education from California State University at Fullerton. Robert is a notary public.
